By downloading, installing, or using CapyCash, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the application.

You must be at least 13 years old to use CapyCash. By using the app, you confirm that you meet this minimum age requirement.

• Income and expense tracking with offline-first sync
• Dashboard with financial summaries and charts
• Receipt scanning and automatic categorization
• AI-powered expense forecasting (PRO feature)
• Scenario planning and recommendations (PRO feature)
• Integration with AI assistants via MCP protocol (PRO feature)

Free Plan: Core features including transaction tracking, dashboard/month view, categories, and receipt processing.

PRO Plan: All free features plus Home PRO workspace, AI forecasting, scenario planning with AI recommendations, and MCP server integration for AI assistants. PRO subscriptions are billed through Apple App Store or Google Play Store.

Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage subscriptions in your device's App Store or Play Store settings.

Refunds are handled by Apple or Google according to their respective refund policies.

CapyCash uses artificial intelligence to provide financial forecasts, scenario recommendations, and receipt analysis. This AI-generated content is provided for informational purposes only.

Important: AI outputs are NOT financial advice. CapyCash does not provide professional financial, investment, tax, or legal advice. Always consult qualified professionals for financial decisions.

AI predictions are based on your historical data and may not accurately reflect future outcomes. We make no guarantees about the accuracy or completeness of AI-generated content.

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account
• You agree to provide accurate financial data
• You will not use the service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• You will not attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account

CapyCash is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
• We are not responsible for financial losses resulting from decisions made based on data or AI outputs from the app
• Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the service in the 12 months preceding the claim
• We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to CapyCash at any time for violation of these terms or for any other reason at our discretion. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us. Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases immediately.

These Terms shall be governed by the laws applicable to the developer's jurisdiction. Disputes shall be resolved first through good-faith negotiation, then binding arbitration.

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. When we make changes, we will update the "Last updated" date. Continued use of CapyCash after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
